Returns are only accepted on defective products.  In the event of a product arriving broken or bent, please contact info@illstyleheroes.com with an email. We may ask for the product to be returned and we will exchange for a new item of the same design. Artistic design does not qualify for defective return. Return requests will be honored for up to 10 business after your items have been delivered. You will be responsible for shipping the item to us. Ill Style Heroes will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges only apply to the ill Style Heroes Fashion section. We understand sizing can be hard to do virtually so we do allow exchanges, if made within 10 days of receiving your items. Some exceptions can be made in special case situations, as long as the original item returns in good condition. For exchanges send an email info@illstyleheroes.com. You will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with the exchanged item.
